HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All LEROY items are shipped with DHL Worldwide Express and Royal Mail or Hermes locally. Orders are handmade in our studio and should be received within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated, or for custom orders. During any sale period shipping and processing times can be delayed due to a high influx of orders. Delivery can be anticipated at around 2 weeks from shipment date.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they’ve been received in our studio. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you’ll need to place a new order.
Please note that all purchases for sale items are final and are non-refundable.
Please note that all sales on custom items are final.

If you would like to complete a return please send us an email within 3 days of receiving delivery with all details (order name, order #, garment to be returned, store credit or refund) to customercare@leroyshop.com. We will then respond with authorisation to complete the return and all the details you need to know about the returns process.

Once we send this authorisation we require the return sent back to us in 5 business days with a tracking receipt emailed to us for confirmation. If the return is sent after 5 business days we will not be able to accept the return. Please note that all shipping fees that are incurred from the returns process must be covered by the customer, as they are external costs and not included in our garment pricing.


CAN I AMEND MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE I HAVE ORDERED?

Please email us immediately at customercare@leroyshop.com if you need to change your address - we can definitely change it before the item has been shipped. If we do not receive your alternative address and the order has been shipped we can notify the shipping courier of the address change but cannot guarantee delivery to the new address – we will do our best to assist where possible.

THE CHECKOUT WON’T PROCESS MY ORDER. HELP?

We’re sorry to hear this! Please try one more time through a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc.). If this still doesn’t work please send us an email at customercare@leroyshop.com with the below details and we will be able to process a manual invoice through Paypal for the purchase.

CAN I RETURN UNDERWEAR OR SWIMWEAR / WHAT ITEMS AM I NOT ABLE TO RETURN?

Please choose Underwear, Swimwear, Pierced Jewellery and all Headwear (Hats etc.) carefully as we are unable to complete any returns on these items due to health standards An Original Leroy abides by. We are happy to assist with sizing and garment details pre-purchase to eliminate the need for returns of these items.

CAN I RETURN CUSTOM ITEMS?

Please note all sales on custom designed items are FINAL so please order and choose carefully. These items have been handmade in our studio to your specific colour or fit requirements and as such once finalised no changes or refunds can be processed.

WHEN AND HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS?

All ‘Leroy’ products are produced in limited edition runs and so we cannot guarantee that any garments will be restocked in the same colour/print once sold out. If you love something make sure to order to avoid missing out

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PRODUCED?

All LEROY garments are designed in-house at our London studio and handmade with love in the UK by our talented team.

DO YOU DO BRAND/ INFLUENCER COLLABORATIONS?

Yes for sure. The best way to make yourself visible to us is to tag yourself wearing @anoriginalleroy on instagram. We regularly go through instagram looking for amazing collabs. Alternatively you can send us an email telling us a bit about yourself to anoriginalleroy@live.co.uk but please note often due to the volume of requests we are unable to reply back to them all, so tags on instagram definitely make you more visible.
